Another Loop

One last small loop near W. Yellowstone. We went up to Hegban Lake.
Geocaching along the way, of course. Saw this neat old root.

Back in W. Yellowstone, Bob wanted to go to the museum. As "residents" (we are staying here in our motorhome) the docent let us in free. The building used to be the depot back in the early 1900's. Trains were for lumbering back in those days. Then the tourist industry began for the park.                  Up to 600 tourists a day came from June to September. We were invited to tour the building next door. It was the dining hall.

There were two areas. A smaller one with this lovely fireplace.
Then a massive room that would seat 250. See the fireplace at the far end.
This picture will give you some prespective of it's size.
