San Juan Skyway

There is a loop in Colorado called the San Juan Skyway. It is 232 miles around. We started at Cortez, headed north to Telluride then over to Ouray. From there it's head south time thru Silverton over the Million Dollar Highway. Then on to Durango where we head west back to Cortez. It took us 9 hours. Of course we geocached a few times for "butt fluffs". Had dinner at Silverton. Got home after dark.

The scenery with the fall colors was pretty.

Bridal Veil Falls outside Telluride is Colorado's highest waterfall.
Red Mountain changes the streams to red also.

Silverton is a very quaint old mining town.
