Historic Places & National Forest

Historic Day was held at Cordes, AZ. The stage coach site was 130 years old and it's still in the family. The general store was open, there was lots of people, rusty stuff and food available.

Wonder if our Jeep will look like this someday.
The grandson of the founder spoke about the history.

We continued on a 4-wheel drive toward Crown King in the Prescott National Forest.
Stopped at Cleator for a cool drink.

Then continued higher and higher.

Even saw some fall foliage along the way.
