Our next stop heading to New Mexico was at Voyager Encore Park in Tucson and through our Thousand Trails system we got a site for $3 a night with full hookups and 50 amp service. We really prefer camping in the boonies where we have a view but we wanted to do & see things in Tucson and it was a good deal.
Our first day here Bob went to the VA and signed up for their medical program. The rules have changed and he now qualified. Even got to see a Doctor due to a cancellation.
The next day we toured Old Tucson Studio's. 
Over 100 movies and TV shows were filmed there and in addition to seeing the old movie sets

there were programs we could attend. We saw a couple of gun fights,
a Can-Can show
at the Grand Palace Saloon,
a talk about the 
Butterfield stage coach system and a stunt demonstration.
We also took a little train ride around the whole park.

The scenery was kind of pretty too.
