Playing the Waiting Game

While our cabinet was being installed we were not allowed to stay. We drove to Chehalis and got our mail. Killed time at the Thousand Trails reading our mail & using their WiFi. We got back too early so we went to play. Of course, you know we love to play by geocaching. So off we went. We drove around Dyke Access Road that runs along the Columbia River.
There was one called Submarine Races and
we had to go get that one. Donna recalls the "submarine races" on Lake Ontario. For
you younger reader's its really "Parking & Making Out"

A cache was at this pretty park.

We met Ted Lehman & Sherry Geddis that evening at Kelso for dinner at the Red Lobster. We all ate the $14.99 4-course meal. We ate the biscuits, soup & salad, a little bit of the entree (boxed the rest) and went straight for dessert. Had a lovely visit with them.

After our cabinet was completed the following morning we headed back to the Thousand Trails at Chehalis. It was good to know we could again relax. Early to bed. ZZZZZZZ

On Saturday we headed up to Gig Harbor in the car to spend some time with our friends Mel Wick & Donna Lee Cole. They both have had health issues this year and it was great to see our friends on the mend. After a lovely visit at their home overlooking one of the bays of Puget Sound we went to a Mexican Restaurant for Linner.
Huge portions. Couldn't begin to eat it all.

After we left them we went to Sam's Club in Auburn and got supplies to fill that pantry. :)

Sunday Bob had a couple of repairs to do and Donna did some cleaning then it was relax before our next destination east of here and hopefully to warmer temps & sunshine.
